“My wellness journey began when I consciously decided that I no longer needed to live with chronic pain due to scoliosis. That realization led me to yoga, yoga led me to meditation, and meditation led me to wellness coaching.”
Yoga, meditation, and coaching have transformed Sara’s life. But the transformation was “hard-won” she says, mostly because she did it “by herself”.
Over the years Sara has developed a holistic approach to wellness because she believes that “every aspect of one’s being informs how you receive and respond to life’s obstacles and opportunities.”
Looking back, Sara believes that her journey would have been “even better” had she embraced the community of healers that were all around her. “They were there, but I didn’t know who or what to ask.”

“As your wellness coach, I will listen to you, ask powerful questions, and help you uncover your wisdom and truth. I take a holistic approach to wellness and see wellness as a path that is individual to each person. My role is to serve as a guide to walk with each person on their path. Your path may include these areas of wellness:
physical, spiritual, vocational, financial, mental and emotional, social, environmental, and intellectual.”
