Our Sessions Will Be

You-centered, Collaborative, and Sustainable.

Sara’s approach is unique and individualized to each client. She prioritizes cultivating a safe and warm environment for her clients and values building a genuine and meaningful professional relationship with every client she works with.

  • While guiding you through your wellness journey, we will make space to safely and confidentially explore the questions you are holding about your life and experiences. I will listen and ask questions that evoke self-introspection and guide you to set goals that align with your thoughts, feelings, and motivations.

  • As your guide, I will be your confidant and collaborator. Together we will explore different perspectives, paths, new behaviors and steps to achieve your goals.

  • Together we will explore your values, strengths, and talents. I will guide you to set goals that are authentic, achievable, and lead to positive lasting change.

Coaching

  • 1:1 coaching is focused on you and the areas in your life where you want to make positive, sustainable change.

    As a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Sara provides feedback, information, skills and guidance to help clients improve their overall well-being. She also incorporates holistic wellness knowledge she has acquired from her yoga and meditation trainings, believing in working with the mind, body, and soul.

    The sessions can be in-person, virtual, or over the phone.

    Sara offers an additional service called Somatic Coaching, which combines 1:1 coaching with movement such as yoga and/or light physical activity. These sessions are currently only offered to Tucson, AZ residents as the sessions are provided in person.

  • Weekly or bi-weekly 1-hour coaching sessions with Sara Titus

    • A minimum of 10 sessions is recommended

  • 1:1 Coaching Sessions with Sara are $125-$200 per session.

    1:1 Somatic Coaching sessions will meet with Sara at a mutually agreed upon location in or around Tucson. Sessions range from $150-$200 per session.

Yoga

Meditation

  • Meditation is the art of clearing the mind. It may sound complex, but it doesn’t have to be.

    • Concentrate.

      Meditation begins with concentration - a ‘hook’ for your mind. The ‘hook’ could be your breath, your body, a word, or a simple phrase.

    • Focus.

      Bring your thoughts to your ‘hook’. Repeat it again and again. If you loose touch with the ‘hook’, begin again. Give yourself over to whatever arises. Be there. Be present.

    • Practice.

      Like almost anything in life, the secret is regular practice. It’s about repetition, not perfection. Frequency and consistency will have you coming back to your practice again and again.
